FACTORY MANAGER

Job Description

The Janet group, a leader in natural beauty and personal care in Sri Lanka is on the lookout for aspiring and ambitious candidate for the post of “FACTORY MANAGER” who has the ability to take on a demanding role.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in Management, Manufacturing, or related field. MBA or MSc in the relevant field will be an advantage.
• More than 3 years proven experience in the similar role, preferably in the cosmetics sector.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of factory management, production management, quality standards, environmental and health and safety standards.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with analytical skill.
• Excellent computer literacy and MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and lean manufacturing principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Age below 50 years
