Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote the company’s products and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to customer requirements.
- Manage, mentor and train the sales team to improve performance and drive results.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related professional qualification
- Prior experience in Sales and Marketing field of Construction.
- Fluency in English- both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and public relations skills.
The selected candidate should be able to work with minimal supervision, and honesty is a must for the
role.
