Operational Finance Executive

Job Description

As an Executive – Operational Finance, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s end-to-end manufacturing operations through the lens of financial strategy and analysis. Your core responsibilities will include executing operational finance functions, partnering with business units, and identifying areas for process improvements across various manufacturing locations to enhance overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform operational finance duties, acting as a business partner to various departments & coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth manufacturing operations
• Regularly visit manufacturing sites to assess and improve financial and operational efficiency
• Support procurement activities and working capital control/monitoring, particularly in areas of inventory management (Raw Materials, Finished Goods, and Work-in-Progress).
• Conduct variance analysis and profitability assessments (Customer & Order).
• Prepare monthly financial provisions with regard to inventory as for the company policy.
• Collaborate with the reporting team to assist in finalizing annual budgets, long-range plans, and external audits
• Participate in key organizational projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

Qualifications:

• CIMA/ACCA Part Qualified/finalist or a bachelor’s degree in Finance.
• Prior experience in similar capacity in apparel industry is an added advantage
• Familiarity with ERP systems, Power Bl, and advanced Excel is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
