Educational Qualifications
- Diploma or Higher National Diploma.
Professional Skills & Experience
- Strong customer service skills with rapport-building ability.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and procedures
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
